The Government of South Sudan, through the Ministry of Finance and Planning (MoFP) has received a grant from the World Bank towards the cost of implementing the Public Financial Management and Institutional Strengthening Project (PFMIS). The project aims to enhance fiscal transparency, accountability and efficiency in managing public resources.
The Project now intends to use part of the grant to procure the consultancy services for the following positions:
1.Consultant to Develop a Medium-Term Strategic Plan for PPDAA
2.Senior Public Investment Management/M&E Advisor
