Dear Vendors,

IMA World Health – MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR) Project invites qualified and legally registered firms in South Sudan to submit proposals for the recruitment, employment, and secondment of Midwives and Clinical Officers to support health facilities across MIHR-supported locations.

Summary of Services Required:

  • Recruit qualified Midwives and Clinical Officers

  • Serve as employer of record

  • Manage payroll, statutory deductions, and employee benefits

  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with South Sudan labour laws

  • Second staff to IMA-supported facilities while providing HR oversight

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legally registered firm with valid business license and tax clearance

  • 3–5 years’ experience in employment outsourcing/staff secondment

  • Experience working with NGOs or health sector institutions

  • Demonstrated HR and payroll management capacity

Submission Package:

  • Company profile & registration documents

  • Valid licenses and tax clearance

  • Technical & financial proposals

  • Evidence of relevant experience

  • Three professional references
