With Funding from HPF, HealthNet TPO in Consortium with Impact Health organisation (IHO) and in Collaboration with the CHD of the Raja County, supports Essential Health Care services provision across health facilities and in the communities within Raja County
The purpose of the Job:
You are the focal point for the project M&E activities, actively supporting CHD and health facilities to improve report completion, submission and accuracy. You will closely work with the PHC supervisors, the pharmaceutical logistician and CHD M&E officers to ensure collection of all reports and improvement of reporting. You will report to the lot coordinator.
