Rural Child Organization (RCO) is a national non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political organization founded in 2017 and legally registered by the South Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (SSRRC). Driven by a commitment to empowering children facing poverty, violence, and limited opportunities, RCO works hand-in-hand with vulnerable and rural communities. We are passionate about building sustainable solutions that empower children and their families to thrive.
RCO welcomes collaboration with international donors, UN agencies, national and international NGOs, and well-wishers who share our vision for a brighter future for South Sudanese children. We design and implement impactful projects focused on child development, social and behavioral change communication (Young Voice), education, protection, WASH, and food security and livelihoods. Through these projects, we empower children to reach their full potential and contribute to a more peaceful and prosperous South Sudan.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organization and Business Development Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in securing funding, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our reach to serve more children in need.
This position is open to both South Sudanese nationals and regional and international nationals.
