DT Global is seeking applications from qualified candidates for Chief of Party for the USAID Shejeh Salam Activity. The primary objective of Shejeh Salam is to empower citizen actors across a wide range of contexts and populations in South Sudan to advance peace, stability, and dialogue through local solutions, civic participation, and increased access to information in South Sudan. This helps to mitigate conflict, advance reconciliation efforts, and bolster civil society actors and organizations at local and national levels. The Chief of Party will be responsible for overall strategic, operational, and programmatic integrity of program activities. They should have a comprehensive understanding of issues related to managing a sub-award/sub-contract program that serves clients in developing countries supported by U.S. Government funding; strong management experience overseeing field teams, problem solving and interpersonal skills, and experience in budgeting and financial management. They will have experience working in closed societies, conflict environments, fragile or transitional countries, and/or war-torn societies. They will also have experience in interacting with U.S. Government agencies, local stakeholders, other donors, and partners. The COP must be a full-time project staff based in South Sudan.
