TENDER NOTICE – Framework Agreement to Supply Vehicle Parts, Lubricants, Tires and Transport Services

Samaritan’s Purse is a non-denominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God’s love through his Son, Jesus Christ. The organization serves the Church worldwide to promote the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Samaritan’s Purse International Relief in South Sudan is inviting submissions of tenders for a Framework Agreement (FWA) to supply Vehicle Parts, Lubricants, Tires and Transport Services as per the following categories for a period of 1 (one) year:

December 2022 – December 2023

  2. FWA08-22-002SS – Motorbike parts.
  3. FWA08-22-003SS – Quadbike parts.
  4. FWA08-22-004SS – New Holland Tractor parts.
  5. FWA08-22-005SS – Massey Ferguson Tractor parts.
  6. FWA08-22-006SS – Lubricants.
  7. FWA08-22-007SS – Heavy Truck tires.
  8. FWA08-22-008SS – Land Cruiser tires.
  9. FWA08-22-009SS – Tractor tires.
  10. FWA08-22-010SS – Quadbike tires.
  11. FWA08-22-011SS – Motorbike tires.
  12. FWA08-22-012SS – Isuzu parts.
  13. FWA08-22-013SS – Air Transportation.
  14. FWA08-22-014SS – River Transportation.
  15. FWA08-22-015SS – Ground Transportation.
  16. FWA08-22-016SS – Courier services from Nairobi, Kenya to Juba, South Sudan.
  17. FWA08-22-017SS – Courier services from Kampala, Uganda to Juba, South Sudan.

Submission Deadline:

Your complete tender submission must be received by
29th August 2022 at 5:00 PM, South Sudan Time.
[Late bids will be immediately disqualified]

Samaritan’s Purse South Sudan does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest bidder and reserves the right to award the whole or part of this tender. The included quantities are estimates, but Samaritan’s Purse reserves the right to purchase less than the estimated quantity.
