To ensure quality work is carried out in its rehabilitation work, JRS seeks to engage the services of an independent Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for all ongoing and planned Construction projects in Yambio, South Sudan.
Under the direct supervision of the Project Director, the Rehabilitation Supervisor will be responsible to deliver & accomplish the construction & rehabilitation works in compliance with JRS project’s goals & objectives. S / he will be in charge of the day-to-day management & supervision, ensuring the overall efficiency & effectiveness of processes & activities undertaken to achieve timely delivery of construction projects. S / he will further be accountable for the providing technical assistance to the country office team, including inputs to the development of the construction strategies as well as policies for the maintenance of the infrastructures
