The Roving Field coordinator supports South Sudan program implementation of emergency, recovery and development projects under the guidance of the Head of Program Implementation (HoPI). the position provides implementation support to WHH project locations to ensure there are no gaps in team management and leadership for adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workplans, objectives and expectations of various stakeholders. He/She will provides back-stopping support particularly during project startups, prolonged absence of the Head of Project (HoP) and during project closures to ensure timely execution of plans. the position is also assigned to maintaining mutually beneficial relations with various stakeholders including local authorities, UN agencies and other NGOs. the Roving Field Coordinator reports to the Head of program Implementation (HoP) based in Juba.
