The World Health Organization (WHO) in the Republic of South Sudan invites interested and eligible companies/firms for the procurement and supply of water quality testing kits.
The interested firms should submit their proposals through email to [email protected] not later than 20th October 2025 at 12:00 PM Juba time. The tender (RFQ) template with detailed specifications is attached, any query related to this tender should be send to the same email address above.
- Please adhere to the below instructions carefully otherwise your tender will be disqualified, your submission (proposal) should be split in two separate files with:
“One file containing the detailed technical proposal indicating product specifications and quantity – proposal should be on your company’s letterhead. - The second file should contain product name specifications, quantity and prices the proposals templates are attached and include your company’s letter head (logo, name, signed and stamp).
Kindly note, when submitting your proposal, you should indicate in your email subject line: “RFQ: WCO/SSD/GOODS/WATER QUALITY/446/EPR/2025 – PROCUREMENT OF WATER QUALITY TESTING KITS”.
Only successful companies will be contacted after the deadline.
