The World Health Organization (WHO) in the Republic of South Sudan invites interested and eligible companies/firms for the provision of renovation work at Nimule port health premises.
The interested firms should submit their proposals through E-Mail to [email protected] not later than Wednesday 14th October 2026 at 12:00 Noon. Juba time.
The tender requirements and financial proposal template are attached; any query related to this Request for Proposal should be sent to the same email address above.

Please adhere to the below instructions carefully otherwise your tender will be disqualified, your submission (proposal) should be split in two separate files with:
“one being technical proposal detailing scope of work adhering to the requirements – all proposals should be on bidding company’s letterhead, signed and stamp. -
The second file is financial proposal which indicates item unit prices in USD use the financial proposals template and include your company’s letter head (logo, name, signed, contact addresses and stamp) and share along the soft copy.

Kindly note, when submitting your proposal, your E-Mail submission subject line should indicate: “RFP: WCO/SSD/SERVICES/SPOT CHECK SERVICES/007/BOC/2026 - PROCUREMENT SERVICES FOR THE SPOT CHECK ON NGO GRANT PARTNER”.
