Relief International, an International Humanitarian Organization based in Juba, invites authentic companies to participate in tendering for the above-mentioned tender subject matter.

- Complete bid documents package must be dropped in a tender box at Relief International Juba Office no later than 2:00 PM Local Time on Wednesday 28th August 2024, clearly marked Reference RI-SSD-JUBA-024-240 – Customs Clearance & Forwarding Services (Framework Agreement).

* Bidders must sign the bid register form at the security office at the gate of the office indicating their company name, telephone number, and date of submission.
* In addition to the signed and stamped hard copy of your pricing proposal, please submit an **excel** copy of the pricing proposal in a USB alongside your sealed envelope.
* Only companies specialized in Custom Clearance services shall be considered. Relief International reserves the right not to consider companies with no speciality in the subject matter.
* Bidder must have all legal documents valid , RI will disqualify / reject any bidder that not meet the mandatory criteria.
* Relief International – South Sudan reserves the right to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.
* Bids received after submission deadline above, will not be accepted.|
