ICAP at Columbia University seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Quality Improvement Officer to be based in Juba, South Sudan.

The Quality Improvement Officer - ECHO will work closely with the Ministry of Health, CDC, and other key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of a Quality Improvement Collaborative (QIC) at multiple health facilities. The QI officer will facilitate the QIC training and coaching, implementation and supportive supervision of QI projects, and evaluation of QI initiatives.
