Peace Winds Japan-South Sudan office intends to undertake a comprehensive update of its register list of suppliers/Contractors for various goods, services and construction works for the years 2024/2025. Interested eligible suppliers and contractors are invited to apply for prequalification, indicating the category of goods services or construction works they wish to be prequalified for. Existing suppliers/Contractors, who wish to be retained in Peace Winds data base, must also reapply and resubmit up to date information requested in the pre-qualification notice.
The closing date will be 4th October 2024 at 4:00 PM South Sudan local time. Documents submitted after the closing date and time will be rejected.
Quotations will in future be sought from only the prequalified suppliers/contractors per the category applied and prequalified for.
