ICAP at Columbia University seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor to be based in Juba, South Sudan.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor will be responsible for tracking project plan progress through establishing timely data collection, compilation, and analysis systems. He/she will be responsible for generating reports required by the donor (UNDP), Ministry of Health, and the project team.
