Impact Health Organization (IHO) is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager to assist with the development and implementation of MEAL systems and processes for the IHO Juba office and its projects in South Sudan. The MEAL Manager will work closely with the IHO Juba office to develop and implement MEAL plans, collect and analyze data, produce reports, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve program performance.
