We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Officer to oversee the implementation of a critical GBV/SRH and Protection programme in the Abyei Administrative Area. This project, funded by UNFPA and protection activities supported by DRC, addresses the heightened vulnerabilities of conflict-affected populations, including IDPs, returnees fleeing conflict in Sudan, and host communities, by improving access to essential GBV and SRH services, strengthening community-based protection mechanisms, and fostering social cohesion. You will lead the day-to-day coordination of field activities, manage community engagement, facilitate training, and ensure that project outputs are delivered effectively and on schedule in this complex and fragile cross-border context.
