Invitation to Bid - Consultancy Services on Capacity Mapping & Assessment for South Sudan NGO Forum

The NGO Forum provides a platform through which NGOs, the Government of South Sudan, the UN, donors, and other external stakeholders can exchange information, share expertise and establish guidelines for a more networked, efficient and effective use of aid resources in South Sudan. The Secretariat primarily focuses on information sharing, networking and capacity enhancement, representation and communication around safety and wellbeing.

South Sudan NGO Forum through Tearfund as the host agency is therefore soliciting for consultancy services from a competent individual consultant, consultancy firm, organisation, or institution to conduct a capacity mapping and assessment for both local and international partners working in South Sudan. The findings from this consultancy will support the development of tailored, long-term, capacity strengthening/sharing plans which will be shared with other partners to coordinate effective support and investment. The Mapping and assessment results will ensure capacity strengthening/sharing plans are contextualised, mutually agreed, long-term, based on project and institutional needs for partners working in South Sudan.
