Centers for International Programs (ICAP) – South Sudan seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Health Management Information System Advisor to be based in Strategic Information System Unit in Juba, South Sudan.

The Health Management Information System Advisor will be responsible for provision of technical assistance (TA) to national MoH in strengthening the ecosystem of Health management information design and implementation, data quality improvement and information use for monitoring and evaluation, learning, and informed programmatic decision-making. S/he will be responsible for provision of TA to MOH in development of standardized HMIS indicators definition, development of recording and reporting tools, data quality improvement and use manual, standard operating procedures and support data quality improvement, use and related activities. S/he is expected to have a hands-on experience in health information management system implementation and strong analytical, supervisory and mentorship skills.
