About:

Consortium of Rural Women for Agribusiness Development Organization (CORWADO) is a national development and humanitarian organization implementing multi-sectoral programmes across several states in South Sudan. CORWADO’s programming focuses on strengthening climate-resilient and inclusive food systems, sustainable livelihoods, and local economies through Market Systems Development (MSD), agribusiness and value-chain development, financial inclusion, and private-sector engagement. These interventions are integrated with WASH, protection, gender equality and women’s empowerment, peacebuilding, disaster risk reduction, and community resilience, delivered through a locally led, gender-transformative, and conflict-sensitive Humanitarian-Development-Peace (HDP) Nexus approach.

Invitation for Prequalification:

CORWADO hereby invites qualified, competent, and reputable Vendors and Suppliers to apply for prequalification for the provision of goods, works, and services to support its programme and operational needs for FY 2026–2027. Vendors with an established presence in Juba and demonstrated operational capacity in Wau and Magwi are strongly encouraged to apply.

Important Information:

a) Successful applicants will be prequalified and included in CORWADO’s Vendor Database for the duration of the prequalification period.

b) Prequalification does not guarantee contract award, but enables participation in restricted tenders and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.

c) CORWADO reserves the right to accept or reject any application and is not obliged to prequalify the lowest-priced or any applicant.

EXTENSION NOTICE - CALL FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF VENDORS / SUPPLIERS (FY 2026–2027RFPQ) Reference Number: CORWADO-RFPQ-JBA-26-002

Consortium of Rural Women for Agribusiness Development Organization (CORWADO) wishes to inform all interested vendors and suppliers that the submission deadline for the above-mentioned Call for Prequalification has been extended.

Previous Deadline: 20th February 2026 (Close of Business)

Revised Deadline: 28th February 2026 (Close of Business)

This extension is intended to provide additional time for interested and eligible suppliers to prepare and submit complete applications, thereby strengthening competition, transparency, and the overall quality of CORWADO’s supplier database for FY 2026–2027.

All other terms and conditions of the original Call for Prequalification remain unchanged.

CORWADO appreciates the strong response received so far and encourages additional qualified vendors particularly those with operational capacity in Juba, Wau, and Magwi to submit their applications before the revised deadline.
