The Government of South Sudan has received a financing from the African Development Bank towards the implementation of the Non-Oil Revenue Mobilization and Accountability in South Sudan (NORMA-SS) Project and intends to apply part of the agreed amount of this loan to payments under the contract for hiring an Individual Consultancy Firm to develop ICT Strategy and Policy Framework for the South Sudan Revenue Authority (SSRA).
