CMD – Health Program Manager Vacancy

Christian Mission for Development (CMD) is a registered South Sudanese non-profit relief and development organisation, working in collaboration with UN agencies, International NGOs, churches and community-based organisations in South Sudan founded in 2005 following the signing of Comprehensive Peace Agreement – CPA.

CMD is currently implementing the COVID-19 Emergency Response & Health System Preparedness Project (CERHSP) in Ayod and Fangak counties funded by World Bank / UNICEF.

The package of services and scope of activities includes;

(a) Strengthening the capacity of government and other partners to deliver routine and supplementary immunisation and respond to disease outbreaks including for COVID-19:

(b) Maternal, neonatal and child health services:

(c) Quality of care improvement for the integrated management of common morbidities through capacity building and supervision:

(d) Management and distribution of essential medicines and supplies procured by UNICEF:

(e) Disease surveillance and outbreak response:
Using the existing nationwide Health Management Information System (HMIS); Integrated Disease Surveillance Response (IDSR), Early Warning Alert and Response System (EWARS), DHIS and other reporting mechanisms.

CMD is currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of “Healthcare Project Manager” to work in Juba with frequent field visits.
