Amani South Sudan - Call for Expression of Interest – Institutional Audit

Amani South Sudan is seeking a qualified and independent audit firm to conduct a comprehensive Institutional Audit. The audit will assess governance, financial management, HR, operations, and compliance, and provide actionable recommendations for institutional strengthening.

Conflict of Interest Clause

All applicants must declare any actual, perceived, or potential conflicts of interest with Amani South Sudan, its staff, board members, or partners. Firms found to have a conflict of interest will be disqualified from consideration.

Code of Conduct

The selected audit firm and all team members are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct throughout the engagement. This includes:

  • Treating all staff, stakeholders, and beneficiaries with respect and integrity.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all information accessed during the audit.
  • Adhering to Amani South Sudan policies, local laws, and donor regulations.
  • Ensuring transparency and impartiality in reporting findings.
