The African Christian Ecumenical Alliance (ACEA) is a National Nonprofit and Faith Based Organization operating in Central Equatoria State, Western Bahr el Ghazal State, Abyei Administrative and Warrap state. Its mission is centered on humanitarian aid, community development, and resilience-building, particularly for vulnerable populations in remote areas. Under the Abyei Joint Program, ACEA is promoting Spaces for Conflict Prevention and Reduced Vulnerability in Abyei through Enhancing Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and Gender Based Violence (GBV) Service Provision: A Joint Programme of the RCs in Sudan and South Sudan in Abyei. The joint program is to reduce inequitable access to basic services particularly SRH and GBV services among the diverse ethnic groups in IDPs, returnees, and host communities and create conditions for an inclusive environment for peace and enhance resilience in targeted vulnerable communities across Abyei Administrative Area.
The project is supported by the United Nations Population Funds (UNFPA) in partnership Health-Link South Sudan (HLSS), aligning with South Sudan’s national GBV response frameworks and international humanitarian standards.
The purpose of this procurement is to enhance case management and psycho-social support (PSS) activities by securing high-quality, culturally appropriate materials. These resources will enable front-line case workers and counselors to deliver effective therapeutic interventions, fostering emotional recovery and resilience among the survivors.
