The Risk and Strategic Management, Corp (RSM), is a registered company in South Sudan and implementing a USAID-funded project named Partner Liaison Security Operations (PLSO) in South Sudan. The PLSO is to provide NGOs with the resources and opportunities to manage their resilience profile with the goal of improving the delivery of development assistance to the people of South Sudan.
