Vacancy Notice for Endline Project Evaluation Consultant

LM International South Sudan is the country office of Läkarmissionen (LM International), a non-profit, faith-based global Swedish foundation committed to sustainable poverty alleviation from a human rights perspective. The South Sudan Country Office, formerly known as International Aid Services (IAS), was established in 1989 and is registered with the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) under registration number 103. The organization works in the thematic areas of Social and Economic Inclusion, Health, Education, and WASH, employing needs-based and rights-based approaches that emphasize accountability and legal obligations of duty bearers.

LM International South Sudan seeks to engage a qualified and experienced consultant to conduct an Endline Evaluation for its BMZ funded project. The evaluation will assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, and overall achievement of intended outcomes.
