The aim of the course is to spur growth and success for Non-Profit Organisations by ensuring more effective and productive ways of management. Participants will be able to spur organisational performance using effective NGO leadership frameworks, efficient and creative resource management.

3 - Budget & Accountability
The overall 1 week course objective is to enhance the capacity of communities in carrying out collective actions, advocacy and campaigns for improving public service delivery.

4 - Tax Programming
This course enables people charged with responsibilities of organizational programming to appropriately design and integrate tax related programme issues into the overall organisation’s programming.

5 - Project Planning and Management I & II
To empower participants to understand the entire project planning and management cycle and enable participant to acquire timely and responsive skills to effectively and efficiently manage the implementation of projects/programmes and ensure that the projects/programmes are consistent and deliver as per expected results.

6 - Outcome Mapping
The overall objective is to equip participants with necessary skills, knowledge and attitude for doing Outcome Mapping as a new approach to Designing, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning for development programs and organizations.

7 - Project Planning & Management for Senior Project Leaders
The overall objective of the course is enable participants acquire knowledge and skills to create effective learning mechanisms, ensure project continuity, manage multiple projects, replicate and scale up best practices from pilot projects

8 - Swahili Beginners & Intermediate Course
Swahili Beginners is a three weeks swahili beginners course five times in a year, with a total of 90 teaching hours including excursions and language immersion sessions. This programme is intended for participants who have recently arrived in East Africa and require a basic introduction to the swahili language.
Swahili Intermediate is offered five times in a year. It is intended for participants who have completed the beginner’s course or who in other ways have acquired a corresponding level of swahili.

9 - Middle Managers Leadership Development Programme
To implement a leadership development programme for Middle Managers. The modules focus on Manager as a leader and aim at equipping managers in various aspects of leadership.
