Course Objectives
The basic aim of this course is to enhance training competences of associate trainers within the framework of the following courses:
Tax and tax power campaigns and programming
Gender Responsive Public Services (GRPS) and public service delivery
Social accountability
Human Rights based Approach (HRBA)
Learning Outcome
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
Adopt MSTCDC training methodology in conducting MSTCDC’s and ActionAid’s courses and programs.
Be creative in training’s to make their knowledge sharing more interesting by using different kinds of training tools, techniques and materials.
Constantly monitor the extent to which the trainees have been receptive, responsive and reinforced by the knowledge and skills provided.
