Training Course on Impact Evaluation and Data Analysis Using SPSS
Introduction
The training is essential in the development of better understanding of the basic concepts of statistics. It will provide the student with a general idea of computer assisted data analysis. Additionally, the training will also focus on developing skills that are crucial to the transformation of data using SPSS.

The training will take 7 days.

Course Objectives
Upon completing the course, the participants will be able to:
· Understand data typologies and measurement scales
· Understand the issues that need to be considered when conducting an analysis of data
· Select appropriate analyses that are influenced by the nature of data
· Input, import and modify their data through SPSS
· Engage in basic and advanced analysis on any given data set
Methodology
The methods for training will entail the use of guided sessions, presentations and practical exercises. The course will also utilize web based tutorials and group work.
Training Course on Advanced Excel
Introduction
The advanced Excel training is designed to equip students with the skills that are required to analyze worksheet data, audit, utilize pivot tables, and create and manage macros.
Duration
The training will take 3 days.
Targeted Audience
The course targets individuals who have intermediate skills with Excel and seek to learn advanced skills.
Course Objectives
Upon completing the course, the participants will be able to:
· Create pivot charts and tables
· Understand how to trace precedents and dependents
· Conversion of text and the validation and consolidation of data
· Learn to collaborate with others through the protection of worksheets and workbooks.
· Create, utilize, edit and manage macros.
· Import and export data.
Key Notes
The participant must be conversant with English
Presentations are well guided, practical exercise, web-based tutorials and group work.
Upon completion of training the participant will be issued with an Authorized Training Certificate
Course duration is flexible and the contents can be modified to fit any number of days.
The course fee includes facilitation training materials, 2 coffee breaks, buffet lunch and A Certificate of successful completion of Training.

METHODOLOGY
The workshop focuses on processing a population census or demographic survey, but participants are encouraged to bring any questionnaire relevant to their job responsibilities. It will be conducted in a hands-on, product-oriented environment. Each participant will have exclusive use of a computer, a tablet or Smartphone, and will receive the latest version of the CSPro software.
