Greetings from ZOA Dorcas South Sudan (ZD)!
ZOA Dorcas South Sudan together with two of its partners has been jointly implementing a women’s empowerment project dubbed “Defend Her Rights” in Jonglei State since January 2021 funded by the European Union under the European Trust Fund for Africa. The project comes to an end on 14th January 2024.
With that, ZOA Dorcas is seeking the services of a qualified consultant/consultancy firm to conduct an external evaluation of the project being implemented in Fangak, Akobo, and Bor South Counties of Jonglei, South Sudan. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference together with the Annextures to aid in your proposal submissions.
