Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Juba, South Sudan
Supervisor: Business Manager
The Radio Community (TRC) has been established as a 100% South Sudanese national NGO to manage a network of small FM radio stations across the country. With a commitment to community‐based public service broadcasting.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and managing various human resource processes and systems for the organization. This includes recruitment, employee onboarding and orientation, performance management, timekeeping and payroll, compensation and benefits, and termination.
