The British Embassy Juba is soliciting initial concept proposals for short-term project of value up to One Hundred and Twenty-Three Thousand United States Dollars ($123,000) for its Magna Carta Fund for Human Rights and Democracy (MCHRD). The target area of focus is: Empowering Civil Society Engagement in the UPR Process (ECSEP):
Projects are to be completed by end-March 2024, but with a possibility of extension. It would also benefit the Proposal to indicate how the project could be scaled up or down in value, and in time in case we are able to extend beyond March 2024.
Proposal is to be submitted using the attached form – please keep this high level and do not exceed the word count. Proposal will be scored on based on the assessment criteria set out under paragraph 8 of the call for bids document.
The closing date for submissions is 28th August 2023. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
