Term of Reference for Vocational & VSLA Service Provider

HI aims to promote peace, resilience, and social cohesion in Morobo County by fostering conflict resolution, and social and economic empowerment of vulnerable communities’ including people with disabilities and women. The project recognizes that promoting gender equality and inclusivity is a critical component of building resilient communities and promoting peace. The project will focus on providing resources and services to vulnerable people with a strong focus on women and people with disabilities to help them access MHPSS, rehabilitation services, and economic opportunities. By prioritizing the needs of women and people with disabilities, the project seeks to create a more peaceful and inclusive society in Morobo County.
The project also aims at reinforcing the resilience of the targeted beneficiaries by providing women and people with disabilities with the resources and support they need to become economically self-sufficient, which in turn can help to build resilience and promote social cohesion in Morobo County. Creating VSLAs and livelihood opportunities for women and people with disabilities will support the objective of building sustainable living for the targeted communities. This initiative aims to promote sustainable peace and stability within the county. targeting 12030 community members, as a way of creating a conducive environment for implementation of economic empowerment interventions and resilience.
