Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.
Mercy Corps is seeking to contract a legally registered Security companies in South Sudan to provide the Security guard service to its offices in Juba and Mundri for a period12 months. If your company is dealing in the provision of Security guard services and interested to compete in the bid, please complete an Intent to Bid Form, the Supplier Information form and submit it according to the guidelines below.

Intend to Bid Form can be picked up at Mercy Corps office, Plot 445, Tongping, Juba and field office Mundri South Sudan
Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by March 25th, 2025, by 3:30PM CAT in one of the below methods.
- Email completed Intent to Bid Form to ss-pr@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number (JUB-0101 Security guard services) in the email subject line.
- Return completed Intent to Bid Form in person and put in the Tender Box placed at Mercy Corps office Juba, Plot 445, Tongping, American Embassy Road and at MC field Mundri office. The Tender Reference number (JUB-0101 Security guard Services) should be written in the envelope.
After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
