The Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH – German Agency for International Cooperation - implements commissions for the German Federal Government. Its development policy mandate is to help improve the standard of living and prospects of people in partner countries all over the world, whilst stabilizing the natural resource base on which life depends.
GIZ has been working in the area that is today South Sudan since the 1970s, on a periodic basis. GIZ’s coordination office has been in the capital, Juba, since 2010. We currently implement projects on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development as well as the Federal Foreign Office. Our priority areas are food and nutrition security and rural development, urban water supply and sanitation, and rural development and good governance.
Scope of work
The subject of the call for tenders is the conclusion of a framework agreement for auditing services in the context of Financing Agreements between GIZ and its partner organizations based on the framework contract, the audits will be called separately and agreed upon in individual contracts.

The subject line should state “Inquiry NO: 83414413 – Tender for Auditing services under a framework contract.” GIZ shall then send you the complete set of tender documents.
The deadline for submission of bids is Wednesday 27th July 2022 at 03:00 PM Juba local time (which is also the closing date and time). Late or email submission is not permitted.
The successful bidder will be notified as soon as the evaluation is completed. However, if you do not hear from us within 3 weeks after submission, you should consider your bid unsuccessful.
The detailed Tender documentation, relevant reference documents, and the financial bids should be submitted in the English language in sealed envelopes (as described in the tender documents) to the address below.
