Submission dates and Instructions:
Completed tender documents must be submitted enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly labelled with the specific tender document and must be deposited in the tender box at the office reception between 10.00am and 4:00pm from Monday to Friday, not later than 29th May 2024

Any tender document received after the deadline will be disqualified.
Tenderers must record their tender documents in the tender register at the reception before dropping them in the tender box.
Plan International South Sudan reserves the right to accept or reject in part or the entire tender without assigning any reasons.
Plan International South Sudan shall enter into contract/issue purchase order to the successful bidder/s.
Only qualified contractors shall be contacted.
The awarded service provider will sign and adhere to Plan International Global Policy Safeguarding Children and Young People ( SCYP) , Plan International has zero tolerance policy on corruption of which any canvasing will lead to automatic disqualification.
