ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced South Sudanese candidate to fill the position of technical director by January 2025. The successful candidate will lead the anticipated USAID-funded five-year care and treatment activity in South Sudan. He/she will hold an advanced degree in public health, epidemiology, medicine, or a related field with 8–12 years of senior experience in leading technical assistance efforts for HIV and TB prevention, care, and treatment programs in resource-constrained settings; experience in South Sudan or a similar sub-Saharan African context is preferred. The incumbent will have a strong, proven record of experience working in similar roles in USAID-funded PEPFAR projects. Additionally, they must have demonstrated the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior-level government officials, donors, and multilateral organizations.
