The World Health Organization (WHO) in the Republic of South Sudan is seeking quotation from interested and eligible companies/firms for the charter flight to deliver the vaccines to Upper Nile state for the intensification of routine immunization in Sobat corridor.
Interested firms should submit their quotation through E-Mail to [email protected] not later than Sunday 22nd July 2026 at 11:00 am, Juba time.
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) template with detailed requirements is attached.

Kindly note, when submitting your quotation ensure that your bid adheres to following requirements otherwise non-compliance submissions will be disqualified.

Your quotation should be on your company’s letterhead (with clear detailed specifications and photos of the products you are offering).

Fill all the required field in the attached RFQ template and submit it alongside your quotation in full, never split the RFQ pages.
