The World Health Organization (WHO) in the Republic of South Sudan invites interested and eligible companies/firms for the civil works to relocates the WHO field office prefabs in Yambio from UNICEF Compound to ADRA premises.
The interested firms should submit their proposals through email to [email protected] not later than 15th October 2025 at 12:00 PM Juba time. The tender B.O.Q template and scope of work are herein attached, any query related to this tender should be send via same email address above.
Please adhere to the below instructions carefully otherwise your tender will be disqualified, your submission (proposal) should be split in two separate files with: “one file containing the detailed technical proposal of work to be carried out in the relocation processes including but not limited detailing: (please write a clear proposal).
- Detail materials, equipment and method to be use in delivering the project.
- Technical capacity references of similar work carried out before – attach certificate of completions.
- Bar chart of the project scope of works.
- Indicate your detail manpower list for this project.
- Lead time of delivery of material and deployment of your team on the site.
- Valid company registration.
- Tax payment clearance.
- Your lead time of completion of the project and hand over to the world Health Organization.
The second file should only a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), please use the attached template and include your company’s letter head (logo, name, signed and stamp).
Kindly note, when submitting your proposal, you should indicate in your email subject line: “RFP: WCO/SSD/SERVICES/ CIVIL WORKS/022/CSU/2025 – YAMBIO HUB OFFICE PREFABS RELOCATION FROM UNICEF COMPOUND TO ADRA PREMISES”.
