The World Health Organization (WHO) in the Republic of South Sudan invites interested and eligible companies/firms for the supply and installation of solar system power back up in 30 facilities in remote areas.
The interested firms should submit their proposals through E-Mail to [email protected] not later than Sunday 22nd March 2026 at 16:00 Hrs. Juba time.
The tender, Request for Proposal (RFP) template and TOR detailing the requirements are attached, any query related to this RFP should be send to the same E-Mail address indicated above.

Please adhere to the below instructions carefully otherwise your tender will be disqualified, your submission (proposal) should be split into two (2) separate files with:
“one as technical proposal detailing specifications and scopes adhering to TORs and RFP requirements – all proposals should be on your company’s letterhead, signed and stamp. -
The second file is financial proposal indicating item unit prices in USD submitted on your company’s letter head (logo, name, signed, contact addresses and stamp) and share along the soft excel financials for easy analysis (use attached template).
Kindly note, when submitting your proposal, you should indicate in your E-Mail subject line: “Bid reference: RFP: WCO/SSD/GOODS/SOLAR POWER BACK UP/003/EPR/2026”.
