The World Health Organization (WHO) in the Republic of South Sudan invites interested and eligible companies/firms for a long-term agreement for the provision of vehicle hire services in South Sudan.
The interested firms should submit their proposals through email to afwcossprocurement@who.int not later than Tuesday 30th December 2025 at 16:00 Hrs. Juba time.
The tender Request for Proposal (RFP) template, TOR detailing the requirements and financial proposal template are attached, any query related to this RFP send to the same email address above.
- Please adhere to the below instructions carefully otherwise your tender will be disqualified, your submission (proposal) should be split in two separate files with:
“with one as technical proposal detailing specifications and scopes adhering to TORs and RFP requirements – all proposals should be on your company’s letterhead, signed and stamp. - The second file is financial proposal indicate item unit prices in USD use the financial proposals template attached and include your company’s letter head (logo, name, signed, contact addresses and stamp) and share along the soft excel financials.
- Kindly note, when submitting your proposal, you should indicate in your email subject line: “Bid reference VEHICLE-2025/026”.
