The World Health Organization (WHO) in the Republic of South Sudan invites interested and eligible companies/firms for a Long-term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of integrated maintenance services for the WHO premises in Juba South Sudan.
The interested firms should submit their proposals through email to afwcossprocurement@who.int not later than Wednesday 24th December 2025 at 16:00 Hrs. Juba time.
The tender Request for Proposal (RFP) template TOR detailing specifications and scopes and financial proposal template are attached, any query related to this RFP send to the same email address above.
- Please adhere to the below instructions carefully otherwise your tender will be disqualified, your submission (proposal) should be split in two separate files with:
“with one as one as technical proposal detailing specifications and scopes adhering to TORs and RFP requirements – all proposals should be on your company’s letterhead, signed and stamp. - The second file is financial proposal indicate item unit prices in USD use the financial proposals template attached and include your company’s letter head (logo, name, signed and stamp) and share along the soft excel financial.
Kindly note, when submitting your proposal, you should indicate in your email subject line: “Bid reference IMS-2025/025”.
