Introduction
The training is aimed at enabling those running Non-Government Organizations in the Region in mobilizing resources, creating strategic partnerships and building their capacities to fundraise more effectively in the current stringent donor environment. The training seeks to build and enhance the capacity of participants to actively mobilize resources, build networks, and create long lasting partnerships, in order to meet the increasing challenges facing them and their institutions. Participants will be equipped with knowledge and skills in Resource Mobilization, Strategic Partnerships, and writing winning grant proposals.

The participants will include, Project Managers, Fundraisers, directors, Volunteers, Grant writers, Program Managers, Development officers and anyone who will be interested in the training.

  7. Unit Seven: Planning for a Fundraising Campaign
  8. Unit Eight: Methods of Fundraising and New Trends (Social Media)
  9. Unit Nine: Fundraising Actors-The board and Resource Development Officer
  10. Unit Ten: Raising money/resources in your community
  11. Unit Eleven: Mobilizing Non-Financial Resources for your Project
  12. Unit Twelve: Developing a Resource Mobilization Strategy for your Organization
  13. Unit Thirteen: Planning for resource Mobilization in your project
  14. Unit Fourteen: Developing a winning Project Proposals (Hands on)
