Resource Mobilization and Strategic Partnership Training from 26th-29th, October, 2016 in Kampala, Uganda
Introduction
The training is aimed at enabling those running Non-Government Organizations in the Region in mobilizing resources, creating strategic partnerships and building their capacities to fundraise more effectively in the current stringent donor environment. The training seeks to build and enhance the capacity of participants to actively mobilize resources, build networks, and create long lasting partnerships, in order to meet the increasing challenges facing them and their institutions. Participants will be equipped with knowledge and skills in Resource Mobilization, Strategic Partnerships, and writing winning grant proposals.

- Unit Twelve: Developing a Resource Mobilization Strategy for your Organization
- Unit Thirteen: Planning for resource Mobilization in your project
- Unit Fourteen: Developing a winning Project Proposals (Hands on)
