Coalition for Humanity seeks Quotations from credible suppliers for the following items;

- Supply of agricultural seeds
- River Transportation Services
- Provision of Road Transportation for assorted construction Materials from Adok port to to Mayendit North (Rubpkuach)
- Charter Flight (Juba to Mayendit)
- Solar System as per the list in the RFQ
- Hard Ware Materials as per the attached list and specification in the RFQ.
Addition Clarification
- Price offer Currency -USD and Mode of payment
- The prequalified/eligible suppliers acknowledge RFQ by (signing and stamped on the RFQ) and the copy to be submitted along with the Quotation/s
- Delivery time frame; clearly indicate the number of days required for delivery to Juba or project site:
- Validity of the offer/Quotation should be a minimum of 60 Days
- Payment shall be made within 30 working days after receipt and signing of Goods received note/service completion note and invoice. Payment shall be made by cheque or Bank transfer.
- subject to VAT; All offers should be exclusive of VAT costs.

The deadline for submission of the offers is 5th, May 2023, at 3:00 pm Local Time. Late submission will not be accepted.
