GOAL South Sudan is seeking to purchase payroll software service (SaaS) to be hosted on internal IT systems in the cloud compatible and integrated with Microsoft Azure for its payroll and Human resource management and aims therefore at pre-selecting a number of suppliers from whom it will purchase the software over the next period (potentially up to one year
GOAL reserves the right to reject all incomplete submissions.

We invite hereby all interested and suitable suppliers to submit their Bids to GOAL containing the following required back-up documentation demonstrating proof of their suitability and legality.
- Audited Financial Statements for last two years.
- Reference list of similar service during the last two years including names of the contracting authority, value, and start/completion dates.
- Copies of company registration documents, trading license and VAT registration
- General Data protection policy/regulation.
- Completed GOAL vendor registration form – can be downloaded from website or requested to GOAL South Sudan Office.
- GOAL terms and conditions ready and signed.
- Supplier code of conduct ready and signed.
