The United Nations Multi-Partner Trust Fund for Reconciliation, Stabilization, and Resilience in South Sudan (RSRTF) is inviting consultancy firms to submit proposals to conduct an end-of-programme evaluation of the RSRTF’s Area-based Programme (ABP) in Jonglei and the Greater Pibor Administrative Areas (GPAA). The evaluation should (i) assess the performance and impact of the ABP, and (ii) reflect on the validity, relevance, and effectiveness of the RSRTF’s area-based programming approach which seeks to maximise interlinkages between humanitarian, development and peace actors to address drivers of conflict and support communities to realize the economic and livelihood outcomes of sustained peace.
