Nonviolent Peaceforce South Sudan (NPSS) invites interested and eligible ISP Companies in South Sudan to submit their competitive proposal for the provision of Internet Services to its Juba and field offices.
Service providers are encouraged to submit their proposal in sealed envelopes addressed to:
