HealthNet TPO (HNTPO) is an International NGO duly registered and operating in South Sudan specifically in Central Equatoria State, Western Bahr El Ghazal State and Northern Bahr El Ghazal State. HealthNet TPO works with local communities and government authorities to deliver basic health services with support from the Health Pooled Fund (HPF3).
As HPF3 implementing partner, HealthNet TPO is required to ensure that health facility structures (PHCUs, PHCCs, and hospitals) in the above locations are from time to time renovated and maintained in a sound condition. The renovations and maintenance of health facility structures will done following professionally acceptable Civil and Building Engineering Standards.
HealthNet TPO therefore wishes to contract a competent National Engineering Consulting firm to undertake the assessment, design, preparation of bills of quantities, preparation of bid documents, bid evaluation and supervision of contractors that will be solicited. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (with Proof of all relevant Registrations to carry out business in South Sudan, Capability statement detailing the firm’s general qualification, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staffs, and references, etc.)
