in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached document i.e., Terms of reference in Annex E and Bidder response form in Annex F. This process shall also be used to establish a fixed term service Framework Agreement (FWA) for a period of one (1) year on fixed prices and with a possibility of extension for another 12 months depending on performance and funding.
