Relief International, an International Humanitarian Organization based in Juba, invites authentic companies to participate in tendering for the above-mentioned tender subject matter.
Tender instructions:
- Interested reputable companies can obtain tender documents by downloading them from South Sudan NGO Forum Tender Advertisement Platform.
- Complete bid documents package must be dropped in a tender box at Relief International Juba Office no later than 2:00 PM Local Time on Monday 16th September 2024, clearly marked Reference RI-SSD-JUBA-024-252 – Air Charter Flight Services (Framework Agreement).

Bidders must sign the bid register form at the security office at the gate of the office indicating their company name, telephone number, and date of submission.
- In addition to the hard copy of your price schedule, please submit a word or excel copy of the price schedule in flash disk, packed in a small envelope.
- Only companies specialized in air charter flight services shall be considered. Relief International reserves the right not to consider companies with no speciality in the subject matter.
- Relief International – South Sudan reserves the right to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.
- Bids received after submission deadline above, will not be accepted
- Bidders should deliver all files soft copies and must follow all steps outlined in the invitation tender document.|
