Invitation:
Relief International, an International Humanitarian Organization based in Juba, invites authentic construction contractor /companies to participate in tendering for the above-mentioned tender subject matter.
Tender instructions:
1- All the Mandatory Criteria mentioned in the tender package must be respected in order to qualify the bidder, RI has the right to disqualify or reject any bidder doesn’t meet the criteria.
2- Interested reputable companies / Contractor can download the tender package from this advertisement.
3- All bidders are invited to attend a clarification meeting on 12 March 2024 at 11:00 AM to respond to all inquiries at Relief International Juba Office, Tong Ping residential, Plot #104 Block 3 ,near ABC Progressive School/near Indian Embassy. RI will not respond to any inquires after 12 March 2024.
4- You can send your inquiries as well to ; [email protected] RI will respond to you during the meeting .Please make the email name as ‘’ Inquires Prequalification of contractors- Companies’’ for easy filter and respond to you.
5- Please submit Last day of requesting for tender documents is Monday - March 18th, 2024 at 3:00 PM Local Time. Relief International reserves the right does not consider tender documents after the mentioned date.
6- Please submit your bid in sealed envelop to RI tender box assigned at RI offices ,address to submission of the bids:
Location 1: Relief International Juba Office, Tong Ping residential, Plot #104 Block 3 ,near ABC Progressive School/near Indian Embassy.
Location 2: Relief International Maban Office, -Doro,Maban County, Upper Nile State.
7- Only companies specialized in construction , rehabilitation shall be considered. Relief International reserves the right not to consider companies with no speciality in construction works.
8- Relief International – South Sudan reserves the right to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.
9- Below is the service required, if not below information is filled your offer will be disqualified.
